Client Contracts

When entering into agreements with clients, the office must provide a number of information prior to the conclusion of the agreement. These include information on how the fee is calculated, the agreed assistance and what it includes as well as - if possible - an estimate of the costs of your case, if a fixed price has not been agreed.

Therefore, we will not initiate any work until you have been told and accepted the terms.

If you meet the financial conditions for free trial, we will apply for cover for the case. If you cannot get a free trial, we will ask your insurance company for coverage if you have taken out legal aid insurance.

If you obtain coverage for the case, you will only have to pay the deductible, which is usually 10%, but at least DKK 1,500 / 2,500 including VAT. Legal aid coverage has a maximum, but can be sought increased if the case can bear it. If the maximum is not increased, please note that you must bear the costs in addition to the maximum. In the maximum, my fees, court fees, any costs for sight and estimation, as well as the counterparty's costs, are incurred if the case is lost.
